Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking for any of our events.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email with event details will be sent to the registered email address. Please review your confirmation immediately and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or demand draft. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. Any bank charges or transaction fees are to be borne by the booker.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases

4. Substitutions & Transfers

You may substitute guests for your table up to 7 days before the event at no additional charge. Please notify us in writing with the updated guest names and details. Name badges and table cards will be printed accordingly.

5. Event Changes & Cancellations

Casa Glamora reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, bookings will be transferred to the rescheduled date.

6. Photography & Media

By attending our events, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
